Bela Padilla's controversial cover spread of FHM Philippines March 2012 Issue shows fair-skinned Bela amongst dark-skinned models. Some commented that it's racist. FHM Philippines press released a statement saying that there will be a new cover on the upcoming March 2012 issue.
