Floyd Mayweather Jr. chickens out as the much awaited Pacquiao vs. Mayweather Jr. is definitely off as mediation yesterday failed. Team Mayweather wanted random blood testing before and after the fight which Team Pacquiao rejected saying that Manny Pacquiao weakens upon blood drawn a day before the fight. Possible Manny Pacquiao opponent would be Yuri Foreman, current World Boxing Association Super welterweight Champion. If Manny wins over Foreman, Manny will be the first boxer to win 8 belts in 8 weight division in history!
