It's Joshua Clottey from Ghana, Africa who will face Manny Pacquiao on March 13, 2010 at a new stadium in Texas. Floyd Mayweather Jr. has his own agenda also on March 13, 2010 when he fights Paul Williams at the MGM Grand. The Pacquiao vs. MAyweather Jr. might still come into fruition later this year.
