Filipino superstar Manny Pacquiao fresh off a victory over Mexico's Antonio Margarito now ranks as the number 1 Welterweight in the prestigious RING Magazine. Manny Pacquiao overtakes undefeated Floyd Mayweather, Jr. who is currently having legal issues in the domestic scene.
