Captain Barbell played by Bong Revilla. Bong Revilla, former chairman of the OPTICAL MEDIA BOARD in the Philippines, hopes to conjure enough manpower to curb the spread of pirated materials such as DVDs, CDs and VCDs in the Philippines. Due to the limitation of his term, his tasks were awarded to another Captain Barbell, this time in the guise of Edu Manzano.
Edu Manzano also played Captain Barbell and is currently the chairman of the OPTICAL MEDIA BOARD.
