It's either Miguel Cotto or Sugar Shane Mosley for the Pacman. A catchweight of 143lbs in favor of Team Pacquiao in the contract for Puerto Rican fighter Miguel Cotto. If Cotto won't sign the contract then it will be Sugar Shane Mosley for Manny Pacquiao's next victim..er fight.
