ANTHONY BOURDAIN : Celebrity Chef & Martial Artist (Hong Kong 'No Reservations' Episode) - Guested on the David Letterman Show (March 24, 2008)

Here's a video I recorded and uploaded to YouTube minutes ago, Anthony Bourdain in a Hong Kong style fight scene complete with Chinese gangsters and hidden wires. In case you live under a rock, Anthony Bourdain is a celebrity chef and stars in his own show 'No Reservations' telecasts on the Travel Channel (or in Asia, Travel & Living Channel). Mr. Bourdain has traveled almost all of South East Asia except for the Philippines and makes me wonder why up to this very day...hmmm
