We were at the intersection of Diosdado Macapagal Avenue and EDSA extension (facing SM Mall of Asia) when we spotted a dark funnel shaped clouding across the horizon which seems to me as a twister. I stepped on the brakes and told my companion to take a snapshot but with just seconds later debris and all sort of wood materials started to swirl across our path with downpoured rainwater started to swirl in an upward direction...here's our personal and original snapshot of that moment (around 11:01am June 22, 2008 Sunday morning)

the first steel pole (seen in the above photo) bent towards our direction with electrical wires headed in our direction as I immediately stepped on the gas pedal and sped away towards our haven of safetiness, the SM Mall of Asia parking lot.
It was the most frighthening experience (and exciting to say the least) of my life on that 'twister' encounter.
Here's a snapshot of the second level of the SM Mall of Asia which seems like a ghost town at that particular moment one Sunday morning around 11:30am

Here's a video of FLASH REPORT as seen on TV today as of 8:30pm June 22, 2008 on the capsiding of the ferry MV Princess due to typhoon Frank
