NEW Modus Operandi by ATM Cash Robbers in the Philippines - Reported in GMA-7's 24 ORAS on TV - June 2, 2008

There's a new modus operandi in ATMs that will rob you your cash. A fine looking aluminum device that seem integrated in the ATM cash outlet but will leave you guessing why the cash never came out of the machine.
