CHRISTMAS LANTERNS from San Fernando, Pampanga Now on Sale this "BER" Months - Video & Pics September 17, 2008

Christmas starts in September 1 in the Philippines. Known as the "BER" months (SeptemBER, OctoBER, NovemBER and DecemBER) christmas decors are now on sale at the malls along with Christmas carols that can be heard right now in shopping malls. Christmas lanterns made out of hand-made colored paper instead of the traditional capiz shells are now being sold at San Fernando in the province of Pampanga.
