Philippine-made SQUASH NOODLES & Other Squash Recipes - KAPUSO MO, JESSICA SOHO Video Segment August 9, 2008

Due to the rising cost of fish and rice they are no longer the staple food of most ordinary Filipinos. It's now instant noodles! The cheapest packed noodles costs P7 which ordinary Filipinos can afford nowadays but are they getting the right kind of nutrition from it ? The Philippine government with the help of nutritionists has introduced a new kind of noodles in the market. They were able to manufacture noodles made up of squash called Squash Noodles or Kalabasa noodles thus giving the valuable nutrition to the masses.
