Filipinos all over the world are waiting for the release of the international film The Echo, the Hollywood adaptation of the 2004 horror hit Sigaw directed by Yam Laranas and topbilled by Iza herself.
The producers of The Echo are the same producers of the hit horror film The Grudge adapted from the Japanese film. The Echo, this time was adapted from the Pinoy horror flick which starred Richard Gutierrez, Angel Locsin and Iza Calzado in 2004.
The Echo starred by Jesse Bradford, the guy from Clint Eastwood's Flags of Our Fathers.
